Paul Frantz

Paul Frantz is President of Food and Delivery responsible for segment manufacturing and sales. Frantz has more than 25 years of varied experience across multiple sales and leadership roles. Frantz joined Novolex in 2015 as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President/General Manager of Schwarz Supply Source, a supply chain and logistics provider to the retail channel. Before joining Schwarz, Frantz spent 17 years with Pliant/Huntsman Packaging in a variety of senior-level sales operations and general management positions, including serving as Senior Vice President/General Manager Performance Films and Senior Vice President Marquee Accounts. Frantz began his career working in sales for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company’s plastic packaging division. Frantz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Baylor University.
