Todd Maher

Todd Maher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational improvement and engineering management. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Novolex since 2023, Todd previously held positions including Engineering Manager at Inventus Power from 2021 to 2023 and Engineering Operations Manager at Focal Point, LLC from 2018 to 2021. Todd also served as the Director of Industrial Performance at Miniat Holdings LLC from 2013 to 2018, Director of Lean Transformation at Sloan from 2011 to 2013, and Director of Operations/OPEX at Marcal Manufacturing, LLC from 2008 to 2011. Education includes an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
