Delphine De La Brosse

Delphine de la Brosse has had extensive experience in finance and human resources roles. Delphine started their career as a Senior Auditor at EY in 1995. Delphine then moved on to YSL BEAUTE, where they worked as the Head of Management Control from 1998 to 2003. Delphine then joined UTC Aerospace Systems in 2004 as the EMEA Controller and Finance Director of the "Aircraft Component Repair" Division for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Delphine held this position until 2014, during which they were responsible for managing the financial teams across three sites and played a key role in transferring a business and creating a new accounting system. In 2015, Delphine became the Chief Financial Officer and HR Director at Château de Pommard before assuming the same position at Novolyze in 2017. Delphine also served as a Board Member at Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche-Comté (BPBFC) in 2017, where they were a member of the Risks and Investment Committees.

Delphine de la Brosse completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from ESSEC Business School, from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Janson de Sailly from 1990 to 1992 for Classes préparatoires. In 2016, they underwent Food Hygiene Training at UMIH and also obtained a Permis d'exploitation de débits de Boissons from UMIH.
