Emma Pruitt

Emma Pruitt is a Customer Success Manager at Novolyze since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance from previous roles at Perdue Farms and Tyson Foods. At Perdue Farms, Emma served as the National Accounts Manager for Food Safety and Quality Assurance from March 2021 to February 2023, while at Tyson Foods, Emma held several positions, including Manager FSQA and Senior Supervisor FSQA from May 2016 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship at BigHouse Foundation Inc, where Emma coordinated programs for foster families, as well as roles at Fostering Hope Resale Store and Scoops Ice Cream. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Auburn University, completed in 2016, and engages in philanthropic activities through the National Charity League, Gardenia Chapter.
