Christoph Neubauer

Christoph Neubauer serves as the Director Group CR & ESG at NOVOMATIC, where responsibilities include leading the transformation of the organization to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). With expertise in sustainable regulation, Christoph has previously held the position of Head of Group CR & Sustainability, focusing on developing and implementing a strategic Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) management framework for over 100 subsidiaries across 50 countries, impacting approximately 20,000 employees. Prior to joining NOVOMATIC, Christoph worked as CSR-Beauftragter at HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG. Christoph holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Legal Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).
