Dr. Peter Florian Eder

Dr. Peter Florian Eder currently serves as a Member of The Supervisory Board for Admiral Casinos & Entertainment AG and Admiral Sportwetten GmbH since January 2024. Eder has been with NOVOMATIC since January 2016, holding the positions of Managing Director for ATLAS Group GmbH and Director of Group M&A and Corporate Development, overseeing Group Mergers & Acquisitions, Post Merger Integration, and Restructuring. Eder has also contributed to academia as a lecturer in Corporate Finance & Risk Management at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt from June 2014 to July 2023 and in Corporate Risk Management at Fachhochschule des bfi Wien from September 2012 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at OMV, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and other financial institutions, complemented by academic credentials such as an LL.M. in Wirtschaftsrecht from Universität des Saarlandes and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
