Julia Rachel King is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the National Learning and Development Manager at NOVOMATIC since February 2018, Julia is responsible for developing and implementing L&D strategies in alignment with business goals and legislative changes. Prior to this, Julia held leadership roles at Utilitywise, including Lead Training and Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the design and delivery of training programs to enhance organizational capability.
