NovoNations is an association for all employees, International as well as Danish, working in Novo Nordisk A/S, Pharmatech Køge, Novo Nordisk Scandinavia AB and NNE Pharmaplan Denmark.

Our mission is to bring Novo Nordisk employees together to exchange ideas, professional experience, cultural insights and beliefs in order to strengthen the long-term success and promote better business results of Novo Nordisk A/S in a global, diverse and inclusive environment. 

NovoNations will do it by:

acting as ambassadors for an open company mindset and promoting the value and importance of diversity in everything we do

contributing to a more inclusive workplace and supporting Novo Nordisk talent attraction and retention strategy

promoting the professional and social interests of its members

promoting cohesiveness and a good working environment

promoting the interest in sharing and developing international and national experiences between members

promoting cooperation between the association and management

NovoNations provides you with a large network of both International and Danish colleagues and create opportunities to meet at regular events, such as the NN Finally Fridays, NN Coffee and Lunch, Seasonal Celebrations and more. In addition, NovoNations arrange special events such as Coaching and Mindfulness, Meet the Danes etc to build and connect global cultures within the organization.
