Anders Nielsen

Anders Nielsen is a highly experienced professional in the bioprocess and brewing industries, currently serving as a Senior Application Scientist at Novonesis since January 2024 and also holding the title of Senior Bioprocess Engineer at Chr. Hansen since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Anders was a Brewhouse Manager at Royal Unibrew and a Process Consultant at Alectia. Anders' expertise is backed by a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark and a Diploma in Brewing Technology from the Scandinavian School of Brewing. Early career experiences include internships at various breweries and roles in customer-facing positions at Nørrebro bryghus. Notably, Anders conducted a master thesis project at Novozymes focusing on fermentation optimization.
