Aschemann Jan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the dairy industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Services Scientist Dairy and Head of Application for Central Europe at Novonesis since January 2024, Aschemann has held prominent roles at Chr. Hansen from 2006 to 2024, including Head of Application for Central Europe and Senior Application Specialist for Fresh Dairy. Previous positions include Technical Business Development Manager for Fermented products at DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH and various roles within Chr. Hansen A/S and Chr. Hansen GmbH. Aschemann holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Milchwirtschaftliche Lebensmitteltechnologie from the University of Applied Sciences Hanover, completed in 2005.
