Karin Falksen Weinell

Karin Falksen Weinell is an accomplished professional in fermentation and recovery development, currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Fermentation and Recovery Development at Novonesis since May 2024. Prior to this, Karin spent over three decades at Novozymes, where roles included Director for both Fermentation and Recovery Development and Projects, as well as overseeing project management and new product development initiatives. Karin's extensive experience in managing teams and projects is complemented by a strong background in pilot plant operations and production recovery.
