Konstantinos A. is a seasoned professional in customer experience and sensory science with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Developer at Novonesis since January 2024, Konstantinos has previously held similar roles at Novozymes and has experience as a Sensory Technology Specialist. Prior roles include Healthcare Application Manager and Area Sales Manager at STERISAFE, where responsibilities spanned across LATAM, APAC, and EU markets. Konstantinos has contributed to the development of innovative sensory training solutions and led projects at CoffeeMind, including the creation of the "Smell and Tell" board game. With a solid academic foundation, including a Master’s Degree in Food Innovation and Health from the University of Copenhagen, Konstantinos has also participated in product development for botanical kombucha and coordinated sensory studies at Nordic Food Lab and the University of Copenhagen.
