Lars Bredmose serves as the Head of the Dairy Health Business Unit at Novonesis since May 2024. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Commercial Development - Dairy Health at Chr. Hansen from July 2007 to April 2024, and Director of Food Innovation within the Cultures & Enzymes Division. Lars also worked as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company in Denmark from January 2006 to June 2007, and founded Bredmose Consulting from October 2004 to January 2006, providing advisory services in knowledge management. Additional roles include management consultant at Knowledge Perspectives, research officer at the Australian Centre for Plant Functional Genomics, and project manager at Bioneer A/S. Academically, Lars holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, an M.Sc in Molecular Biology from the University of Copenhagen, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the Technical University of Denmark, and a Diploma in Visual Art forms from Langeland's School of Arts.
