Lars Grabowski

Lars Grabowski serves as the Director of Core IT Support at Novonesis since June 2024. Previously, Lars held multiple leadership positions at Chr. Hansen A/S from February 2000 to February 2024, including Director of IT Service Management, where responsibility encompassed supporting 4000 users across 50+ locations in over 30 countries, and Director of IT Operations, overseeing IT infrastructure for 2500 users. Lars also served as Infrastructure Manager, managing a technical infrastructure with global oversight and a team of 19 reports, and as a Systems Consultant, focusing on network service management and capacity planning. Early career roles include System Administrator at Saxobank and Telia/DRS, as well as System Consultant at Telia A/S. Lars holds a Merkonom degree in Marketing from Hillerød Handelsskole and has attended various educational programs at the same institution and Skovvangskolen.
