Lars Johansen

Lars Johansen is the Sr. Director at Novonesis, overseeing end-to-end production of cultures for the Dairy and Human Health industries, with a team of approximately 300 employees. Previously, Lars served as Director at Novozymes, managing bulk enzyme production and leading teams in various operational capacities. Lars holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and has also completed a visiting student program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They began their education with a Matematiks Studentereksamen from Frederikssund Gymnasium and served as a Conscript in the Danish Defence.
