Morten Zimmermann

Morten Zimmermann is a seasoned technical process technician currently employed at Novonesis since October 2023. Prior to this role, Morten served as a project and production manager at CSL USA from October 2019 to October 2023. Previous experience includes positions as sales and applications manager and project manager at SACCO SYSTEM in Italy from March 2018 to October 2019, and as a scientist in technical services at Leprino Foods from June 2015 to July 2017. Morten started a career in the dairy industry at Chr. Hansen A/S, where roles ranged from production supervisor to process operator from 1999 to 2015. Additional experience includes working as a cheese maker at Naturmælk in Denmark and Arla Foods amba between 1991 and 1999. Education comprises studies at Kold College, Jydske Dragon Regiment, and EUC Syd from the late 1980s to early 1990s.
