Paola Osidacz

Paola Osidacz has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as Head of HR LATAM and Country Manager for Argentina, Chile, and Mexico at Novonesis since January 2024, and previously held similar positions at Chr. Hansen from August 2005 to the present. Paola's career includes roles as Finance & HR Manager and Accounting Responsible at Chr. Hansen, in addition to prior positions as Top Senior at Deloitte and Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. Academically, Paola has obtained a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad del CEMA and a postdegree in Finance from UADE, alongside a teaching degree in Education from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a degree in Economics from Universidad Católica de La Plata.
