Pernille Bech Daugaard

Pernille Bech Daugaard currently serves as the Head of Production Department at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Pernille was with Chr. Hansen from December 2018 to January 2024 as a Senior Department Manager focusing on Production Maintenance. Before that, Pernille spent over 13 years at Novo Nordisk in various positions, including Associate Manager, where responsibilities involved supporting the release laboratory, resource planning, audit management, and leading cross-functional projects in Sourcing Operations. Pernille's career began as an Environmental Consultant with Rambøll and Teknologisk Institut, and education includes a Master of Science in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and a Diploma in Management from the Technical University of Denmark.
