Renato Silva Rodrigues has extensive experience in production and operations, currently serving as Líder de produção at Novonesis since March 2020, following previous roles including operador de produção C. Prior to this, Renato worked at WestRock Brasil from June 2013 to March 2019 as operador de conversão 1, where responsibilities included assisting the printing operator with machine setups and conducting quality assurance checks. Additional experience includes a role as operador de produção at Ativus Farmacêutica Ltda from June 2008 to May 2012, which involved tasks such as warehouse assistance, raw material weighing, and compression operation. Earlier experience includes working as a conferente at Metrowatt, tasked with inspecting electrical meters for defects and directing them for maintenance. Presently, Renato is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Ciências Biológicas at Universidade Paulista, expected to be completed in December 2027, and has completed additional training in safety procedures and basic computing skills.
