Roberto Lusardi

Roberto Lusardi is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in sales and quality assurance. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Meat & Prepared Food in South East Europe at Novonesis since January 2024, Roberto previously held the position of Business Manager for Meat & Prepared Food at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from September 2015 to January 2024. Prior to this, Roberto was a Technical Sales Manager at Tecsal S.p.A., where responsibilities included developing sales in key international markets. Earlier experience also includes a role at the Cremonini Group in Food Quality and Safety Assurance, focused on ensuring compliance with international quality standards. Roberto holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from both the University of Valencia and Università degli Studi di Parma.
