Samantha Patterson

Samantha Patterson (Belasco), SHRM-CP, serves as the Head of Core Delivery for People & Organization North America at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha held positions at Chr. Hansen from November 2016 to January 2024, including Human Resources Services Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Zeller Plastik from October 2013 to November 2016, a Human Resources Coordinator at Menards from July 2012 to October 2013, and an internship at Marcfirst in early 2011. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Illinois State University between 2008 and 2012.
