Trent Seeto

Trent Seeto is an experienced sales and food technology professional, currently serving as the Human Health Biosolutions Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Trent held various positions at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from 2010 to 2024, including Sales Manager for Human Health & Nutrition across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, as well as Account Manager for Cultures & Enzymes. Previous experience includes a role as Flavour Applications Technologist at Cargill and senior food technologist positions at Parmalat Australia and Goodman Fielder. Trent began a career in food technology at Parmalat Australia as a Food Technologist. Education was completed at The University of Queensland, earning a Bachelor of Food Technology, Food Science and Technology from 1999 to 2002.
