Vicky Waithaka

Vicky Waithaka currently serves as the Country Manager at Novonesis since January 2022, where responsibilities include exploring unmapped territories in Africa and assessing market opportunities. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager for East Africa at Evonik, focusing on identifying new business prospects through market research. Vicky also held the position of Sales Accounts Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, managing market development, customer relationships, and business growth initiatives. Earlier experience with Davis & Shirtliff involved providing technical solutions and leading project implementations for water treatment and renewable energy. Vicky holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the United States International University - Africa and a B.Tech in Chemical and Process Engineering from Moi University.
