David Thorsrud

David Thorsrud has a diverse work experience in the fields of chemistry, environmental science, and bioanalytical research. In 2014, they began their career as a Research Assistant at San Francisco State University, where they conducted molecular dynamics simulations of bovine aminotransferase (GOT1) and explored solutions to arrested growth due to a rus1 mutant in Arabidopsis. In 2016, they moved to TestAmerica as an Analyst. In 2017, they worked as an Associate Chemist at AMPAC Fine Chemicals and a Bioanalytical Research Associate I at Agrinos. In 2018, they worked as a Staff Research Associate 2 at the University of California, Davis. In 2020, they moved to the California Department of Water Resources as an Environmental Scientist. In 2022, they began working as a Bioanalytical Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb, a Principal Scientific Researcher / Scientist 3 at Genentech, and an Analytical Scientist at NovoNutrients.

David Thorsrud received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from San Francisco State University in 2015. David studied Biochemistry during their time at the university, which began in 2011.
