Eric Grauvilardell

Eric Grauvilardell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric currently works at NovoPayment, where they started as a Product Manager in March 2022 and was promoted to Director of Product Management in May 2023. Prior to this, Eric worked at Common Securitization Solutions from July 2018 to March 2022, initially as a Business Analyst and later as part of the Business Development team. Eric also had a stint at Freddie Mac from August 2015 to July 2018, where they held roles as a Business Rules Professional and Business Process Redesign Professional. In addition, Eric gained experience in international operations and economic development as the Programs Director for Aynah from October 2012 to December 2014. Before that, they were a Social Entrepreneur Fellow at Thrivent from June 2011 to December 2012, focusing on recruiting, branding, and social media. Eric's early work experience includes an internship at TechnoServe in early 2015 and a marketing internship at Tennant Company in 2010. Eric began their career at Best Buy as a Sales Associate from November 2005 to May 2007.

Eric Grauvilardell obtained their high school diploma from Patrick Henry High School, where they completed their education from 2003 to 2007. Eric then pursued further studies at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Management. In addition to their formal education, Grauvilardell has also obtained various certifications, including the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2020, the Decision Model Practitioner Certification from Knowledge Partners International in May 2016, and the Life, Accident and Health Insurance License from the Minnesota Department of Commerce in December 2011.
