David Berg

David Berg is currently the COO at Novorender, starting in October 2020. Prior to this role, David worked as a Rådgiver, Transaksjoner at DNB Næringsmegling AS from July 2018 to October 2020. David also has experience in Corporate Finance at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank from February 2015 to July 2018 and Swedbank Norge from September 2011 to February 2015. David's educational background includes a Master's degree in Financial Markets and Investments from Skema Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitetet i Stavanger, and another Bachelor's degree in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School. David's expertise includes Mergers & Acquisitions, financial modeling, valuation, and equity sales.
