Carolynne Darby has a diverse work experience in the medical and healthcare field. Carolynne started their career as an Assistant Professor at McMaster University in 1995 and worked there until 2013. During this time, they also served as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Queensland Health from 2010 to 2012. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as the Head of Service for Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at Hamilton Health Sciences, where they integrated and provided psychiatric services across multiple hospital sites and developed various treatment programs. Carolynne later became the Medical Director and Consultant Psychiatrist at Hamilton Family Health Team in Canada from 2006 to 2009. Darby then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and served as an Associate Medical Director at Janssen Pharmaceuticals Australia and New Zealand in 2012.
