Dimity Gransbury has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in clinical research and project management. Dimity began their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Novartis in 2002, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as an Associate Project Manager at SNBL-CPC. Dimity then transitioned to Chiron Corporation and Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation, where they held the position of Global Clinical Project Manager from 2006 to 2009.
In 2009, Dimity joined Clinical Network Services (CNS) as a Clinical Project Manager and Business Development Manager. Dimity remained at CNS until 2015, during which time they assumed the roles of Senior Clinical Project Manager and Business Development, Clinical Strategy & Proposal Manager. In 2018, Novotech acquired CNS, and Dimity took on the role of Senior Business Development, Clinical Strategy and Proposal Manager. In September 2020, they became the Director of Client Operations at Novotech.

Dimity Gransbury earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Pharmacology from The University of Queensland, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Prior to their university studies, Dimity attended Clayfield College.
