Elaine Cheung

Ms. Cheung is responsible for providing independent advice to the Board. She chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. Ms. Cheung has more than 30 years of corporate experience in the Asia-Pacific region. In January 1990, Ms. Cheung graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor of science degree, majoring in business administration.
