Peter Blake

Peter Blake is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Novotech. Previously, Peter held the position of Director at PwC and served as the Global Head of Benefits and Wellbeing as well as the Head of Reward for Consumer Healthcare at sanofi-aventis. Peter's experience also includes a role as Worldwide Benefits Director at Alcatel-Lucent and as a Principal at Mercer. Peter earned a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, where studies took place from 1989 to 1992.
