Veronica Clark

Veronica Clark has a diverse work experience, primarily in legal and consulting roles. Veronica currently works at Novotech as an Associate Director Legal and a Strategic Projects Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Mercer as a Legal Counsel. Veronica also has experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at Novotech and as a Legal Counsel at EY. At EY, they started as a Consultant and later became a Junior Legal Counsel. In their various roles, Veronica has provided legal advice, worked on commercial transactions, and assisted with regulatory compliance and investigations.

Veronica Clark completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of Melbourne from 2007 to 2012. Veronica then pursued a Certificate in Governance Practice at the Governance Institute of Australia from 2016 to 2017. Recently, they obtained their Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) from IE Business School between 2019 and 2021.
