Imanuel has a solid background in hospitality management with a degree from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bogor, attained between 2016 and 2020. Imanuel has been employed at Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center since May 2021 as a Guest Relations Officer, following earlier experience in the same role and as a Front Desk Agent from July 2019 to April 2020. Prior to this, Imanuel worked at Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort as a Concierge from December 2016 to June 2017, demonstrating a commitment to guest services throughout the career in the hospitality industry.
