Maulana Al Syifa has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Front Desk Agent at Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center since August 2022. Prior roles include Housekeeping Attendant at Fairmont Jakarta from January 2020 to February 2022, Senior Room Attendant and Supervisor Reliever at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from February 2018 to January 2022, and Room Attendant at Hilton from July 2015 to August 2017.
