Ester Baiget

Ester Baiget is an experienced leader currently serving as President and CEO of Novonesis since January 2024, and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at AkzoNobel since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Ester held the position of President and CEO at Novozymes from February 2020 to January 2024, and spent 25 years at The Dow Chemical Company, culminating as Business President for Dow Industrial Solutions. With a background in chemical engineering from URV, Ester Baiget has a proven track record in driving long-term growth and strategic direction in the chemical industry.
