Agnese Cillo, CAIA, is currently serving as a Private Equity & Venture Capital Fund Manager at NOVUM CAPITAL PARTNERS SA since April 2024. Previously, Agnese worked as an Investment Analyst - Direct Tech at Decisive from January 2021 to April 2023, where the focus was on providing high-net-worth clients with various investment opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as a Direct Investments Analyst at Gerald Group, conducting due diligence and financial modeling, and as an M&A Analyst at Banqur Profil de Gestion, contributing to private placements.
