Nina Lahdenpera is a seasoned Project Coordinator at Novum Structures since January 2014, responsible for updating and managing the fabrication schedule, tracking project progress, and communicating milestones to various teams. Additional duties include analyzing project metrics, coordinating ERP system changes, and managing employee timesheets. Nina also has experience as a Logistics Coordinator and Program Assistant in prior roles, where responsibilities included coordinating international shipments and managing expense reports. Previously, Nina worked as an International Marketing Intern at Syncron Tech Oy, focusing on market research for new energy markets. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a minor in Japanese from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
