Andrew Bear has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Andrew is currently the Head of Manufacturing at Novum, where they have been responsible for driving innovation and growth in the frozen food retail sector. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Manager at Ohshima Ireland Ltd and Suretank Group / Control Equipment Ltd, where they successfully managed production operations. Andrew also served as an Operations Manager at Romaquip Ltd. and Arctic Steel Engineering, where they demonstrated their expertise in site installation, project management, and sales development. Additionally, they held the position of Engineering/Production Manager at Mettech, where they oversaw engineering and production activities.
