Alicia Hill

Alicia Hill is an experienced professional in operational risk and controls management, currently serving as the Operational Risk and Controls Manager at Novuna since February 2022, following a series of roles within the company including Senior Risk and Controls Specialist and Process Improvement & Controls Specialist. Prior to Novuna's rebranding from Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC, Alicia held several positions such as Retail Coordinator, Relationship Manager, and Customer Contact Administrator. The career began at JD Sports Fashion plc as a Sales Assistant, and included an internship at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. and a role as an Advisor at Debenhams. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from The University of Huddersfield, attending from 2011 to 2016, and completed secondary education at Pudsey Grangefield High School between 2004 and 2011.
