Caroline McGrath

Caroline McGrath is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project management and service design. Currently serving as the IT Service Design & Transition Manager and IT Project Manager at Novuna since February 2022, Caroline has led the implementation of hybrid working practices across the organization. Previously, at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC from October 2015 to February 2022, Caroline successfully managed the rebranding project for Group functions and delivered a card payment solution while overseeing a Windows 10 rollout to 1,100 staff. Caroline's extensive project management experience also includes roles at Direct Line Group, RBS Insurance, and earlier positions in Lotus Notes development, showcasing a strong foundation in IT systems and stakeholder management. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Leeds.
