Philip Stiff

Philip Stiff is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit risk management, currently serving as Group Senior Credit Officer at Novuna since its rebranding from Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC in February 2022. Prior to this, Stiff held similar roles within Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC and its divisions, responsible for approving customer and vendor credit facilities across multiple European business divisions. Stiff's career encompasses significant positions at CIT Group Inc, where leadership of global credit teams and the introduction of innovative risk tools was achieved, alongside prior roles in credit management at institutions like BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions and HSBC Asset Finance. Stiff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Science, Economics, and Geography from Coventry University.
