Currently serving as President of Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC since October 2020, Josh Poole leads efforts in establishing anesthesia management relationships that focus on cost reduction for hospitals and surgery centers. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Four Point Construction Solutions, LLC from February 2012 to November 2020, Josh Poole specialized in providing tailored labor solutions and capital funding for construction projects. Additionally, during tenure as Chief Operating Officer at ALFsource from June 2010 to November 2020, Josh Poole configured operations to enhance employee management and support for assisted living communities.
