Nichole Buersmeyer is an accomplished professional with over two decades of diverse business experience, currently serving as Vice President of Data Services at Novus Consulting since April 2023, where collaboration with clients to understand and design actionable delivery plans is a key focus. In addition, Nichole founded Buersmeyer Consulting Services, emphasizing self-development through the Spectrum Temperament Development model. Previously, extensive experience at Chesapeake Energy included roles such as Sr. Manager of IT Subsurface, Land & GIS, and Manager of IT Digital Workspace Services, where strategic planning and governance were central responsibilities. Nichole’s early career began as Office Manager at Daurizio Drywall & Acoustics. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
