Dan Leffelaar

Dan Leffelaar serves as the Managing Partner and Director of Novus Global Sport since August 2016, where the focus is on enhancing performance and cultural change for teams and athletes. With a background that includes roles as Sr Partner, Managing Director, and Partner at Novus Global, Leffelaar specializes in executive coaching for Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, and prominent business leaders. Previously, Dan was a Founding Partner at PRAXY.co, empowering leaders through tailored coaching approaches. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Brentview Baptist Church and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, alongside participation as an Olympic Oval Program Athlete during long track speed skating. Dan holds a Bachelor of Health Science with honors from the University of Calgary.
