Kristin Frade

Kristin Frade is a seasoned executive coach and leadership consultant with extensive experience in high-performance coaching and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Novus Global Sport, Leagues & Organizations, as well as a Partner and Executive Coach at Novus Global since February 2021, Kristin specializes in working with Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, and distinguished business leaders. Kristin is also a faculty member at the Meta Performance™ Institute, and through Kristin Frade Coaching, offers guidance to executives and entrepreneurs in defining actionable steps toward achieving their goals. Previous roles include Business and Nutrition Coach at Sparked Up Inc., Online Advertising Account Manager at The Active Network, and Manager of Advertising Operations at SportsAdMarketplace, alongside early career experience at the University of Florida Recreational Sports. Kristin holds an M.S. in Sport Management from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University.
