Sherry El-Gawly

Sherry El-Gawly is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Novus Global since January 2024 and as Founder and CEO of Comma NYC since January 2023. El-Gawly has previously held roles at L'Oréal from August 2009 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading multiple luxury fragrance brands and managing significant portfolios, notably increasing market share for Ralph Lauren Fragrances and driving Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb to prominent market positions.
