Efrain has over 17 years of experience in desktop support and small business IT support. He has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, and a M.S. in Computer Information Technology from Central Connecticut State University. Along with his passion for technology and gaming, he enjoys movies, TV shows, and spending time with friends and family.
