Ricard A. Rius

Ricard A. Rius is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HRBP EMEA & Global Compensation Manager at Novus International, Inc. since April 2016. In this role, Ricard oversees all compensation and benefits processes for the EMEA region, including payroll, insurance, car fleet, and related benefits, while also engaging in recruitment, training, development, and performance appraisal activities. Prior to Novus, Ricard worked at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC) from October 2008 to April 2016, holding various roles including HR Technician, where responsibilities included recruitment and contract coordination for predoctoral students. Ricard holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Barcelona School of Management, a Human Resources Technician diploma from the Instituto Europeo de Estudios Empresariales, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Universitat de Barcelona.
