Ryan Shirley

Ryan Shirley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in finance and accounting. Ryan began their career at Iffrig Brothers Painting in 2002 as an Accountant and worked there until 2004. In 2004, they joined Novus International, Inc., where they held various positions such as Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Planning & Analysis, Senior Manager of Planning & Analysis, Director of Global Rewards/Payroll/HRIS, and Sr. Director of Corporate Planning & Strategy. Currently, Ryan Shirley serves as the Associate Vice President of Finance at Novus International, Inc.

Ryan Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Ryan later pursued a Master of Business Administration from the same institution, completing it in 2002. In 2019, Ryan furthered their education through the Global Management Academy program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. In 2015, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for the Strategic Financial Leadership Program, Executive Education. Additionally, Ryan has completed the CPA Exam from the Illinois Board of Examiners in 2003.
