Ryan Hoppes has extensive experience in the technology sector. Ryan began their career in 1999 as an Engineering Manager and Engineering Program Manager at Intel Corporation. In 2010, they became the CEO of Novus Labs, where they helped support IP, Silicon, SW application and consumer electronics R&D entities validate their products, support component integration, and support marketing needs. In 2012, they became the CEO of Cinder Staffing, a company focused on providing engineering consulting and staffing services throughout the global high tech market. Since 2014, they have been the President of Vital Enterprises, a Management & Strategy organization providing direction, development, investment and evolution of a wide array of established businesses and start ups.

Ryan Hoppes attended Clackamas High School from 1991 to 1995. Ryan then attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
