Participating businesses agree to sponsor the programme and offer multiples jobs. In return sponsors are guaranteed a supply of high-quality graduates who also have a strong foundation of relevant work experience and key “craft” skills.
Novus works with numerous sponsors with a variety of blue-chip manufacturing, retailing and logistics service provider companies which offer training in key professional and managerial skills.
